We only rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data in relation to sending direct marketing communications to customers via email or text message. (a) the payment of a fee (currently fixed at AU $10) will normally be incurred to cover our costs related to this request; and
(b) the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site you confirm to be of legal drinking age in your country/state. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age of your country/state and it is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under the legal drinking age of your country/state.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
